Ladies, come as a sexy femme fatale from any era. Gentlemen, come as a suave secret agent. Friendly AJET host and hostesses, cool party favors, and fun icebreakers will crack the code for people to mingle with each other. Unleash your alter egos and accept the mission to solve the evening’s mystery.

With the success and excitement of last year’s event, AJET will be throwing you a second Winter Formal! It’s a time for you to take a break from that winter hubbub, get dressed in your best, make some new friends, strengthen friendships, and enjoy some great entertainment. You get to be dined with an exquisite Murder Mystery buffet dinner party! There will be a grand prize awarded to the ONE person who solves the evening’s mystery. DOOR PRIZE RAFFLE for those who arrive before 6:30PM!

You do NOT need to bring a date.

WHO: ANYONE! And we mean EVERYONE!! JETs, family, and friends!
WHAT: FORMAL Murder Mystery Party. Get dressed in your best!
WHERE: Hotel Aomori. Same spot as SDC! We wanted to make this as easy as possible, so we chose the most convenient spot to train into!
WHEN: Saturday Feb 15th. Check-in from 6:10-6:30, 6:45 Start time (toast).
COST: 3,500 yen includes buffet dinner, entertainment and door prizes! Cash bar available:)

ATTIRE: (Creative Black Tie Event) For picture examples, please see the event page. We realize everyone is on a budget, and sizes may be hard to find here. So, we’re making it easy:

Ladies: All colors of cocktail, prom, long dresses or dressy evening separates. A little black dress is completely appropriate. Or a nice black pant suit. No athletic shoes.
Dudes: Tie/bowtie, tuxedo, suit, even a classy black shirt and slacks. Mix up the color schemes. No athletic shoes.
